Guiding Hands, Years of Insight.
Elements was built on a simple belief, that well-designed healthcare environments can support healing, dignity, and everyday human needs. This philosophy was shaped by Neha’s early exposure to design as a form of service, guided by her grandparents and strengthened by the mentorship of her father, Architect Shyam Raheja, whose values continue to define the studio.
The journey evolved when Neha and Prashant came together as co-founders. While Neha brings creative sensitivity, Prashant adds analytical clarity and structure. Together, they lead Elements with empathy and intent, creating spaces that are thoughtful, functional, and built to endure.
